Aucun problème à signaler côté OS, je commence sérieusement à penser que le problème vient de ton BIOS qui doit être buggé, ou que la CM ne garde plus les paramètres car pile HS.
Lorsque tu vas dans le BIOS, est-ce que l'heure est correcte ?

Et en réexécutant lilo, tout simplement ? Pas de message d'erreur, rien ?

le BIOS indique la bonne date, mais deux heures en arrière, que j'ai corrigé.
Le "boot priority device" est bien le HDD en premier.
Il y a un "quiet boot", qui est désactivé, je ne sais pas ce que c'est, mais dois-je l'activé?
Comment rééxecuter lilo?
J'aurais ce soir un ancien portable sony vaio, et je vais voir avec lui comment ce passe les choses...

A priori, rien d'anormal. Je ne me souviens plus comment on fait disparaître le warning, mais ce n'est en soi pas grave. Vraiment bizarre ton affaire. Que donne la sortie de fdisk -l /dev/sda ?
Autrement, on peut toujours tenter de simplifier LILO. Sauvegarde ton lilo.conf :
Et remplace son contenu par :
Puis relance-le :
Si ça ne marche toujours pas, comme tu es en ext4, on essaiera de passer par extlinux. Comme ça on sera fixés une bonne fois pour toutes sur la source du problème, BIOS ou bootloader.
Autrement, on peut toujours tenter de simplifier LILO. Sauvegarde ton lilo.conf :
